Frequently Asked Questions for my bridesmaid dress is too long do I need to have this hemmed? (bridesmaid / evening wedding) : r/PetiteFashionAdvice Jovani 49650 Plunging V-Neckline Color:Black and White sky where should the hem of a long dress fall

What should I do if a skirt becomes wet in the rain?

Check the care label before choosing how to dry the garment. Rain exposure does not establish that the skirt is intended as weather-resistant clothing.

How should I choose a skirt size when shopping online?

Check whether the chart lists body measurements or measurements taken from the garment, because those figures serve different purposes. Keep the measuring tape snug without pulling it tight, which helps avoid choosing a size based on compressed measurements.

How can I check whether two skirt listings describe the same item?

Compare the actual garment measurements for the same labeled size. A shared photograph does not independently prove that the supplied items are identical.
