Founded in 1991 by Mr. Dipak Nathvani, deeply inspired by his father, government engineer Mr. Chhabilbhai Nathvani, the firm has shaped skylines across Gujarat (Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Surat, and more), major Indian metros, and abroad. From building planning and interior design to landscaping and master planning, Aakar’s work blends innovation with legacy.

Dipak Nathvani, founder of Aakar Associate, has led over 3000 projects since 1991 with a vision rooted in trust, practicality, and purpose. Known for his Vastu-aligned, client-focused designs, he continues to shape spaces that uplift lives, with the same passion, integrity, and leadership that built his legacy.
We wanted a peaceful outdoor space that didn’t need a ton of maintenance. Akar gave us that and more. The design is thoughtful, green, and surprisingly easy to manage. It’s now our little escape spot.
